This is an original pattern.
V1430 Loose fitting, unlined, below waist jacket has side hemline slits, long sleeves and contrast bias binding. Slightly flared, pleated skirt, below mid-knee, has button waistband, side front seams (no side seams) and side front pocket openings. Very loose fitting blouse has collar with tie insert, concealed button closing and long sleeves, pleated into buttoned cuffs. Both have narrow hem.
