Fitted, interfaced, lined top has princess seams, cuffs, button/loop, shaped hem and two layer sleeves. Contrast collar and inner sleeves (on outer sleeve lining will show). B: Contrast upper front, neck binding and sleeve. Flared skirt, floor length has pleats, waistband, zipper, side-front seams. All garments have purchased trim, hat, umbrella, pin, petticoat. Self made flowers for costume.
