This is an original pattern.
S4684 1943 Women's playsuit and skirt. The playsuit, tucked at the waistline, has a pointed yoke at the front and back. The shorts are softly pleated in the front and back and are joined to the top at the waistline. Style 2 is trimmed with a patch pocket. Choose long or short sleeves. The skirt, joined to a waist band at upper edge, buttons down the front and is finished with two pleats in the front and three gores at the back.
