This is an original pattern.

V6720 Deep tucks in skirt in triple tiered effect with seam in depth of top tuck.  Skirt is gathered at side fronts and acorss the back and joins the bodice at waistline.  Bodice buttons from the round neck to waistline.  Short kimono sleeves with separate turn back cuffs.  Separate yoke like collar, front and back, is pintucked, ruffle trimmed with tied band.
