V1872 1987 Semi fitted, lined, above hip, double breasetd jacket has shawl collar, dropped hsoulders, shoulder pads, low armholes, welt and buttnhole pockets, and above elbow sleeves or long, two piece sleeves with button vent. Flared skirt, above ankle, has side button waistband, side pockets and pocket opening.
