Details:
This is an original pattern.

Simplicity 4608; 1940s; Women's Blouses. These casually tailored blouses all button down the front. Styles I, II, III have notched collars. A flap pocket trims Style I. A flattering soft effect is achieved in Style II by the long full sleeves and the lace-edged collar. The front of Styles III, IV are smartly tucked. Style IV has a tie-collar.

Printed pattern is complete with all pieces and instructions.
