Missing skirt front and waistline ruffle pieces.
Details:
This is an original pattern.
S4957 The top is styled with a curved shoulder yoke and a front button closing. A small collar is cut in one with the waist front. The skirt is softly gathered on either side of the center front and finished with three gores in the back. Style 1 is trimmed with a contrasting ruffle on the collar, front edge and lower edge of the short sleeves. Style II has a three quarter length sleeve.
Unprinted pattern is missing the skirt front piece, and the waist ruffle piece.
