This is an original pattern.

Simplicity 4855; ca. early 1960s; Junior Petites' One-Piece Dress: 'Casual-fit' dress has back zipper closing and back kick pleat. V.s 1 and 2 have a roll-collar which opens at center back. V. 1 has short, set-in sleeves. V. 2 is sleeveless. V. 3 is sleeveless with a lowered round neckline and a large patch pocket with top-stitch trim. Belt is purchased or self fabric.

Printed pattern has been cut but is complete with all pieces and instructions.
