This is a repro pattern.

This skirt is drafted based on an actual garment as seen in Harper's Bazaar magazine.  It is designed to give support behind the knees for tied back or Natural Form style skirts of 188701882.  The very slim petticoats is lightly gathered in front and sides, with gathered rows of netting holding out the full back.  The closure is in the center front seam.  An optional 12" ruffle can be added to the hem.  The detachable short train buttons onto the hem of the petticoat.

This pattern is new and unused.
