Juniors' and Misses' Dress in Two Lengths ©1969  The dress with back zipper and lowered round neckline has skirt gathered to bodice at empire waistline. V. 1 with self fabric tie belt and V. 2 with ribbon tie belt are ankle length. V. 3 & 4 are regular length. All except V. 3 are sleeveless. V. 3 with short, set-in sleeves gathered at armholes and at lower edges with elastic casings may be trimmed with embroidered braid or ribbon.

Printed pattern is partially cut (mostly uncut).  Complete with all pieces and instructions.
