This is an original pattern.
H816 One piece frock, may have notched collar with pointed lapels or may be collarless with a tied scarf pulled under lapels and tab at back of neck. Blouse is pleated in back below straight yoke. Skirt has front and back panels ending in pleats. Patch pockets on skirt front. Sleeves may be long with buttoned cuffs or short with turn back cuffs.
Unprinted pattern is complete with all pieces and instructions.
