This is a stunning evening dress from 1923. It features pleated drapery hanging from the shoulders and pleated insets in the skirt. NOTE: Originally the pattern included pieces for a slip, and the dress was sewn to the slip. Those pieces are missing, so you will need to buy a slip or create your own. NO RETURNS.
